- Convenient -- Other test preparation providers take you away from work and your family by requiring attendance during the day or travel to a distant city. Our classes are held in the evenings and on weekends at our center in Springfield, NJ. If you would like us to deliver our course at your site, please contact us for a quote.
- Small Class Size -- Maximum 10 students per ITIL Foundation class is conducive to rapid learning.
- Prerequisites -- None. This course is appropriate for a wide range of students from novice to advanced. The knowledge level is BASIC.
- No Cancellations -- We do not require a minimum number of students to run a class so you can rest assured that your class will not be cancelled. If, for some unlikely reason we do need to cancel (e.g. instructor takes ill at the last minute), we will refund your deposit plus 50% (i.e. $375) or match your deposit for a future class (i.e. extra $250 credit) according to your wishes. - Guaranteed -- If you take the ITIL Foundation exam within 60 days of taking our course and you do not pass, we will pay for your reexamination.
- Cancellation/Refund Policy -- You can cancel your course for a full refund if you do so at least 30 days before the course start date or within 24 hours of registering. Otherwise, a $250.00 cancellation fee will apply.
