Agile project management is now mainstream and growing in popularity. No longer restricted to software development projects, agile frameworks and methodologies are being adopted by many organizations to enhance project team performance and raise customer satisfaction across a wide spectrum of projects.
The PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® certification is offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and covers agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum, XP and Lean.
Our course is offered in a unique format that provides you with the option to do 2 or 3 days of training. The first two days provide you with knowledge of the Scrum framework and prepare you to sit for a Scrum Master certification exam such as SMC, PSM I or CSM. The optional third day of our agile training classes focuses on the additional information you will need to know to pass the PMI-ACP® certification exam.
* Note that some agile / scrum master certifications require you to meet minimum experience requirements.
Scrum is the most popular agile framework. It is adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible, effective and designed to deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project. Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress.
The Scrum framework, as defined in the SBOK™ Guide, is structured in such a way that it supports product and service development in all types of industries and in any type of project, irrespective of its complexity.

It is impossible to guarantee project success at completion, irrespective of the size or complexity of a project. Considering this uncertainty of achieving success, it is therefore important to start delivering results as early in the project as possible. This early delivery of results, and thereby value, provides an opportunity for reinvestment and proves the worth of the project to interested stakeholders. It is important to:
