Get ready for the PMP® certification exam or CAPM® certification exam by taking PTI's live, interactive 35-hour PMP® exam prep class. The Project Management Institute's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification is a globally recognized credential that reflects your knowledge, skills, and ability to produce project results.
CIO magazine ranked the PMP as the top project management certification. Indeed.com went further ranking the PMP as the top IT certification! Global Knowledge placed the PMP certification as the 5th most valuable in their list. Certified PMPs report earning up to 25% more than non-certified project management professionals.
Many providers of PMP prep training do not specialize in project management education. PTI is the best choice in New Jersey for PMP prep because we are focused on project management training and we are a PMP certification preparation training provider that is an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) with the Project Management Institute. Additionally, we keep our PMP prep class sizes small and our pricing for PMP certification preparation is very competitive. More details about our PMP certification exam preparation course features are below.

(1) Understand in depth the Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) exam format and question types.
(2) Understand in depth the project management domains (People, Process, Business Environment), process groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Closing, and Monitoring and Controlling) and knowledge areas (management of Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resources, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholders) tested on the PMP® and CAPM® certification exams.
(3) Learn to apply PMI recognized project management tools and techniques.
(4) Learn to calculate and apply fundamental project management formulas that may be tested on the PMP®and CAPM® certification exams.
* A note about passing rates: Many PMP® prep course providers advertise a passing rate of 95% or 97% or even 99%! In reality, only 70% of test takers pass the PMP® exam and some of them are taking the test for the 2nd or 3rd time. Only about 60% of first-time test takers pass, so be suspicious of any providers advertising extremely high passing rates -- they are not being truthful. We offer a real guarantee and we will show you what you need to do to pass on your first attempt.

In contrast, we run weekend and evening PMP classes from our New Jersey training center monthly and also deliver our weekend PMP bootcamp from hotels in East Brunswick, NJ or Trenton, NJ approximately quarterly or when requested.
We are available to provide weekday training upon request -- at your location (anywhere in the world) or ours.
If you do not see dates that work for you, please contact us. We very well may be able to add a class that will perfectly fit your schedule.
